The next Friday September 20 will take place at 9:00 p.m. in it Infanta Leonor Theater the concert that will inaugurate the XX Jaén Autumn Festival . In this 2019 edition it will be the Partiture Philharmonic Orchestra , under the direction of its chief conductor Juan Paulo Gómez , who reopen the festival with a symphonic program made up of works by Mahler and Berlioz .
The concert program, which will be performed without interruption, will be made up of the Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen by the Austrian composer Gustav Mahler , being the Ubetense baritone Damián del Castillo the guest soloist for the occasion. Next, the concert will culminate with the Fantastic Symphony, Op. 14 by the French composer Hector Berlioz.
