Next Saturday, July 6 at 9:30 p.m., the concert that will close the event will take place. XXVIII Ciudad de Vélez-Málaga International Guitar Festival , which will take place between the 2nd and 6th of this month. On this occasion, the concert will be held at the Carmen Theater of this town in Malaga.

The program that will be performed during this musical evening will be configured by the works Palladio , by the English composer Karl Jenkins , Oboe Concerto in D minor, S. Z799 Alessandro Marcello and Organ Concerto in Bb major, HWV 294 Georg Friedrich Handel , both concertos transcribed for guitar, as well as the famous Primavera porteña and Libertango of Astor Piazzolla .

Those in charge of putting an end to the programming of this edition of the festival will be the Turkish guitarist Ahmet Kanecci , who is also the author of the transcriptions of the concerts, accompanied by the Malaga Provincial Symphony Orchestra under the baton of the director from Malaga Juan Paulo Gomez .
