Juan Paulo Gómez supports a new solidarity cause

This is not the first time that the conductor from Malaga has collaborated in charitable causes, highlighting his support and participation in the concerts organized at the National Music Auditorium of Madrid by Rotary International since 2012 in order to raise funds for the project PolioPlus , collaborating with soloists of the stature of Ara Malikian or the Trío Arbós. On this occasion, it will be Higher Conservatory of Music Malaga, the institution that will make the solidarity event possible by making the organizing NGO available the logistical and human resources necessary to carry out the concert, in which the composer's Romanian Rhapsody No. 2 Op. 11 will be performed. Vura Music Project It is an NGO initiative Solidarity with Arua in the northern part of Uganda with a double line of musical and social objectives. In relation to the educational line through music, the aim is to develop instrumental and musical language skills, improve the teaching capacity of teachers from surrounding music schools, improve training of students at the Lodonga Teachers College (Uganda) and achieving quality teaching and attention to diversity. On the social side, the objectives focus on social dynamization, the integration of women, the involvement of families and the commitment and responsibility of the students.
