The string ensemble of the Partiture Philharmonic Orchestra offers a benefit concert on Saturday, April 16 at the Las Lagunas Theater in Mijas, to benefit the Piel de Mariposa Association (Debra), which serves nearly 250 families from all over Spain from its headquarters in Marbella.

Conducted by maestro Juan Paulo Gómez, the string ensemble of the Partiture Philharmonic Orchestra will perform works such as the Concerto Grosso no. 8 in G minor, Op. 6 by Corelli, Eine kleine Nachtmusik KV 525 by Mozart, the St. Paul's Suite, Op.29 No.2, Holst and the transcriptions for string orchestra from Asturias, Córdoba, Mallorca and Seville, by Isaac Albeniz.

“Our orchestra belongs to Partiture Producciones and is committed to the development of society, which is why we collaborate with all types of solidarity events in which music can contribute, such as the Polio Plus project organized by Rotary International in the Auditorium National Music Festival of Madrid,” explains director Juan Paulo Gómez.

Tickets, at a price of 15 euros, can be purchased at the Las Lagunas Theater box office, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as at the Piel de Mariposa Solidarity Stores in Málaga (C/ Héroe de Sostoa 80); Marbella (C/ Jacinto Benavente, 12 and C/ Caballeros 9); and San Pedro Alcántara (Avda.
