Ara Malikian and the Jaén Score in Linares
The Sheet music Philharmonic Orchestra , founded in 2014 with the aim of disseminating the symphonic-choral musical heritage of the province of Jaén throughout the Spanish geography, participates on April 30 at 8 p.m. in the XIX International Festival of Music and Performing Arts City of Linares . This appointment will take place at Cervantes Theater together with one of the best violinists on the national scene, Ara Malikian, and the musical and artistic director Juan Paulo Gomez characterized by his elegance and mastery on the podium.
In addition to the collaboration of Ara Malikian , the concert will feature the participation of the soprano Marta Estal Vera , who has recently achieved the first prize in the Intercentros Melómano Contest (2016), tenor Jesús Paulano and baritone David Gascón.

In the first part of the concert program, different arias representative of the operatic repertoire of composers such as Mozart, Donizetti and Verdi will be performed, as well as musical interludes by Massenet and Mascagni. The second part takes the viewer into the symphonic world with one of the most brilliant and complex concerts that romantic musical literature has given, the Concerto for violin and orchestra in D Major, Op 77 of Brahms.
The Partiture orchestra in solidarity with “butterfly skin” and polio
The orchestra, based in Jaén, offered, on April 16, a charity concert of classical music at the Teatro de Las Lagunas in Mijas-Costa. Attendees were delighted with works by Corelli, Mozart, Holst and Albéniz for a good cause, “ butterfly skin ”, a rare and incurable disease where everyone's solidarity is essential.
On the 6th of last month, Partiture already collaborated with the Arbós Trio at a concert to fight poliomelitis . The campaign has been developed by Rotary in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the WHO, Unicef and the Center for Desease Control and prevention (CDS). In this concert they performed the Symphony No. 40 KV 550 in G minor and the Concerto No. 10 for two pianos and orchestra KV 365 in E flat major , by Mozart, and the Triple concerto Op. 56 in C major .
